These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by GresBox (GB), located in Bangalore, Karnataka. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
GresBox provides web development, UI/UX design, hosting setup, and related digital solutions. Service details, scope, and pricing are outlined in individual project proposals or agreements.
A project begins once both parties agree on a written proposal and initial payment is received. Project milestones, deliverables, and revisions will be managed as per the agreed timeline.
Payments must be made as per the terms stated in your project proposal. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where explicitly agreed upon in writing. Delayed payments may result in project pauses or termination.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary assets (such as text, images, or credentials) required for the project. Delays in communication may affect project timelines.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client. However, GresBox retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to keep all proprietary or sensitive information confidential during and after the project duration, except where disclosure is required by law.
GresBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
Minor revisions are included in the project fee. Major changes or additional features beyond the agreed scope may incur extra costs and timeline adjustments.
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. The client is responsible for payment of completed work up to the termination date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
